What is the best source for Network marketing leads day?

Its interesting, especially in the last six months or so that all the banter in the network marketing in the Community (online or offline) about what the best source of leads for their network marketing business.

I run several businesses, of which one is a Network Marketing Business, and another a SEO company, and this issue will again and again.? What is the best source of customers for my business?

Now, if you talk with our upline, undoubtedly you will get answers like "your friends, your neighbors, your family", etc. ... and I believe is complete rubbish and I shall explain why with a quick little history below.

Let me tell you a story here.? I was on a Meetup.com with some local marketing guys and up came a colleague who looked as he felt a little out of place.? I would say each of the guys at Meetup.com was an online marketer, me included, we were all bantering on about the latest search engine updates (which I would like to discuss another time), but I happened to strike up a conversation with this guy.

Beats, he did not do anything online marketing related but was rather a Direct Mail Marketer.

What do I do it?? Well, you can see, he sells the jewelery and perfume to a certain "demographic" as he was quite specifically about, and he was quite successful to start.

Now how does he go about finding those people to send his mail letters to?

He went out and bought the BUYERS lists of those who had already purchased jewelry or perfume.

Let me say that again another way he went out and bought the buyers lists of persons who had already shown a propensity to want what he had to offer.

No, he did not host parties didn't "" Home improvement Expositions, and he certainly did not try to sell 'em to his family and friends.

It is even more fascinating is that he actually had them mail order form back to him, credit card number are all solid, ready to buy.

It reminds me of an old marketing says from a gentleman, known as Gary Brig. Gen. Halbert, who asked the question, "If you owned a hamburger stand, what one thing would you want to be successful?"

Plenty of people answered, "a big burger" or a "premium burger", "large spices" or even "big beautiful waitresses".

However, shaking his head, Brig. Gen. Halbert replied, "Nope, none of you got it right … the best thing to sell hamburgers to a HUNGRY CROWD".

Think a hungry crowd will just eat anything you put in their path, because they have a certain its to the bottom, and not settle until they are done.

What does it mean for you and your company?

You need a hungry crowd to market to, whether it is your vitamins, juice, lotion, or champagne type or your apartment.

Now, here is the trick, where is the best place to find a hungry crowd?? Offline, without a doubt is the lists of buyers, market, much like the guy, I tell you about did with his business.

He would go out and buy or rent lists of previous purchasers of jewelery or perfumes and placing the same to them again, because they have already shown a propensity to buy ….. and a propensity to search a certain kind of product.

You can do the same with network marketing product, go out and buy lists of previous purchasers of vitamins, health products, lists of subscribers to the health magazines, etc. and the market for them.

What is your guess for the network marketing leads?

Twitter?

Facebook?

MySpace? (Myspace is still open even?)

LinkedIn?

No..No..No..and nr.

The best place to find potential buyers is (apart from tapping into lists of buyers from other marketers, which is a topic for another discussion), is on the search engines.? Like G, Yahoo and Bing, hands.

The big boy is in this case, the good old G-oogle, which owns about 80% of market share in search.

However, its not as easy as just firing up an AdWords campaign anymore ….. in bizop market, you are simply no longer.

No, the best way to do this is the pressure in search engine optimization and get in people's specifically looking for what you have to sacrifice … in front ... by name, and keywords.

Got a great vitamin to sell?? Go get yourself in front of Searchers looking for "best vitamin to buy" on a search engine.

Got a bizop promoting?? Go get yourself and your site for people seeking to bizop named …., such as "xyz business" or "join xyz" in front

It is the most targeted people you can get yourself in front of bar none.
